The CEL and the PEL (PLAN EPARGNE LOGEMENT) must be held at the same institution. 18 months after opening a CEL, it is possible to obtain a home savings loan of up to €23,000 without any processing fees.

The right to a home savings loan from the CEL can be combined with those from the PEL up to €92,000.
