Deposit in Caixa Geral de Depósitos, SA, 1.7% for 12 months

The deposit earns a standard fixed reward on the maturity date, equal to 1.50% (TANB). If, on the date of account creation and throughout the entire term of the fixed deposit, the first account holder associated with the deposit holds mortgage loan(s) for permanent housing with a debit balance equal to or exceeding 15,000.00 euros, and there is no provision for early repayment or redemption during the deposit term, the following preferential interest rate of 2.80% (TANB) will be applied.

Note: The mortgage loan is a product that is optionally sold in conjunction with the fixed deposit to apply the preferential interest rate, provided the above condition is met. In case this condition is not met, the standard interest rate will be applied to the deposit.
