Onboarding is subject to standard KYC/AML procedures, source-of-funds verification, and tax transparency requirements (including CRS and FATCA). Pricing is mandate-specific and typically depends on assets under management, service scope, and jurisdiction; published fee schedules are limited. Cash held with the bank constitutes deposits and is subject to the institution’s credit risk, while securities are held in custody accounts in line with Luxembourg asset-safekeeping rules. The bank is a member of Luxembourg’s deposit guarantee scheme (FGDL), which generally covers eligible deposits up to EUR 100,000 per depositor per bank, and the investor compensation scheme (SIIL), which generally covers eligible investment claims up to EUR 20,000; statutory conditions, exclusions, and currency conversions apply and coverage may differ for temporary high balances. The entity publishes annual reports and Pillar 3 disclosures under CRR/CRD. It does not operate a mass-market retail network.
