About Banca Privata Leasing

Banca Privata Leasing, initially founded in Reggio Emilia in 1987 as a leasing company under the name "Privata Leasing," evolved into a significant player for small and medium-sized enterprises in the region. In 2011, it transformed into a bank, rebranding with its current name and expanding its services for consumers and businesses. In 2019, Banca Privata Leasing became part of ADV Finance's capital, a company specializing in salary-backed loans. The complete acquisition of ADV Finance in 2020 led to the establishment of the BPL Group. ADV Finance, together with its subsidiaries ADV Family and Procredit, merged into the Banca Privata Leasing Group, demonstrating further consolidation in their business activities.
