About Imprebanca

Imrebanca, a multi-channel bank, was established in Rome through collaboration among Banca Finnat Euramerica, Generali Italia S.p.A., Confcommercio Roma e Lazio, and prominent national and international entrepreneurs. Ownership of Imrebanca is divided, with 60% held by 40 entrepreneurs and the remaining share evenly split between Banca Finnat Euramerica and Generali Italia S.p.A. Currently operating from its headquarters and four branches in Rome, Imrebanca began its operations in the latter half of 2010 with a fully paid-up share capital of 50 million Euros. The bank's investment portfolio is solely composed of a 19.9% equity stake in Siriofin S.p.A., a financial intermediary specializing in the "cession of the fifth" product, which is registered under Article 106 of the Consolidated Banking Act. Imrebanca facilitates the sale of digital products through organized physical and remote channels, utilizing small-sized branches in key areas of the capital city.
