About AS Magnetiq Bank
LPB Bank, formerly known as Latvijas Pasta Banka, is a Latvian financial institution established in 1991. It provides a range of banking services, including personal and business accounts, loans, and investment products. Regulated by the Financial and Capital Market Commission of Latvia, LPB Bank operates through branches and ATMs across the country and is a member of the Deposit Guarantee Fund. In December 2023, AS Signet Bank acquired AS LPB Bank from its previous sole shareholder, Mono LTD, after obtaining approvals from the Bank of Latvia, the European Central Bank, and clearance from the Competition Council. Following the acquisition, AS LPB Bank officially changed its legal name to AS Magnetiq Bank and introduced a new brand visual identity.
