Prima banka Slovensko, a.s. is a Slovak retail-focused bank headquartered in Žilina. It traces its origins to Prvá komunálna banka (established in 1993), later operated as Dexia banka Slovensko, and adopted its current name in 2012 following acquisition by the Penta Investments group, which remains the majority owner.
